WINTER MUSHROOM WALK

Join us for a walk in the woods to get to know your fungal neighbours. Winter is the ideal time to spot wood-decaying fungi, including species like the Turkey Tail, Jelly Brain and Black Witches Butter! We will learn how to identify common cold-season mushroom species, explore the role of fungi in the ecosystem and human culture, as well as keeping warm with free mushroom tea (please bring your own cup!).

Families are most welcome, including children accompanied by an adult. Please note that this event is for educational purposes and is not a foraging course.
