Join us for an evening of medicinal mushrooms with Ayelen Martinez, founder of Oh My Shrooms. We will learn abot their history and how we can make use of the nutritional and medicinal properties of fungi in drinks and food.
This session will inspire you to dive into the world of mushrooms and start incorporating them into dishes and drinks at home. The event will include a live cooking demonstration, with mushroom-inspired food and beverage tasters to enjoy, plus the opportunity to ask questions and network.
